FixHTML, a carriage-return fixer

Esta página en castellano

Current version: 1.0

FIXHTML is a litle program that allows to convert all the UNIX-like carriage returns (0x0A) to DOS-like carriage returns (0x0D 0x0A) in HTML files. This is a must because Micro$oft's Internet Explorer has, sometimes, problems with theses codes, but NetScape Navigator works fine with both.

FIXHTML will change the spanish characters with their respectives HTML codes, too (this is, the a with tilde will be changed to &aacute, etc), but only if it has been saved in Latin-1.
